1) Download FTP Client.*
2) Compress files before uploading. Please include a low-resolution PDF along with your file submission for visual confirmation. Be sure to include all fonts and links.**

3) Connect using ftp. Enter Hostname, Username and Password.
 Hostname : As provided to you
 Username and Password : As provided to you
4) Drag and drop compressed file(s) into window / folder.

 
Please note that you cannot upload to our ftp server using a browser program. You must use an ftp client program as follows:
 
Mac: Transmit www.panic.com/transmit, Fetch www.fetchsoftworks.com or Cyberduck cyberduck.ch
 
PC: FileZilla filezilla-project.org or SmartFTP www.smartftp.com/download
 
** We highly recommend that you archive (compress) your files before uploading to speed transfer times and protect file integrity.
